Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can offer an exchange or store credit, but refunds will not be issued. Returns are made to the original form of payment.
Returns made after 90 days are subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or credit card statement first.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven't received your refund, please email legacy@flagler.edu.
Exchanges
Exchange can be done for wrong sizes or defective or damaged goods. To request an exchange for the same item, email legacy@flagler.edu and send the item to:

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit once the return is processed.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Return items should be mailed to:

- For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
