FAQs

Are masks required while on tour?

Masks are NOT currently required while on tour.

How do we get there? Where can we park?

See Directions & Parking.

How long do the tours run?

The tours usually run between 45 minutes and an hour.

Is the tour ADA accessible?

Yes, the entire premise has ramps and lifts that are ADA approved.

Do you offer Group/Private Tours?

The former Hotel Ponce de Leon is the first and foremost a working college campus and home to our students for most of the year. Group tours offerings are very limited and blackout dates do exist. For more information, contact Nikki Liberatore at legacy@flagler.edu

What about tours for school groups?

While we wish we could welcome school groups of all sizes, we currently do not offer a specific tour for school groups. Depending on the size of your group, we may be able to offer our standard historic tour. For more information, contact Nikki Liberatore at legacy@flagler.edu

My child is a prospective student! Is this a tour we should take?

While we think everyone should join us for a tour, our tour is more historical than academic. You may want to contact our admissions department for the proper prospective student tour. However, we recommend you do both. Much of the draw to Flagler comes from its history.

Can we eat in the Dining Hall?

No. Unfortunately, the dining hall accommodations are reserved for students, faculty, and staff.

Will we see a hotel room on tour?

No. The former hotel rooms are now residence halls for the female students. It is a security risk to allow the public into those hallways.

How much do the tours cost and when are they?

Because our students are out top priority, tours are contingent on campus activities. Please head to our ticket page to see availability and pricing.

When should we buy our tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online. Any remaining tickets for the day can be purchased in person at 74 King Street from our Tour Gift Shop.

Do we need reservations?

While reservations are not required, due to limited tour capacity, we suggest purchasing your tickets before hand. Purchase tickets here.

Who works at Flagler's Legacy?

Where does the money from the merchandise and tour sales go?

All the proceeds earned from merchandise and tours go back to the College in a general fund.
