FAQs

How do we get there? Where can we park?

See Directions & Parking.

How long do the tours run?

The tours usually run between 45 minutes and an hour.

Is the tour ADA accessible?

Yes, the entire premise has ramps and lifts that are ADA approved.

Do you offer Group/Private Tours?

Yes, we have two daily time slots for private tours. For more information see Private & Group Tours.

What about tours for school groups?

We offer two school tours: A standard historical field trip and an AVID/College Readiness Tour. For more information see School Groups.

My child is a prospective student! Is this a tour we should take?

While we think everyone should take this tour, our tour is more historical than academic. You may want to contact our admissions department for the proper prospective student tour. However, we recommend you do both. Much of the draw to Flagler comes from its history.

Can we eat in the Dining Hall?

No. Unfortunately, the dining hall accommodations are reserved for students, faculty, and staff.

Will we see a hotel room on tour?

No. The former hotel rooms are now residence halls for the female students. It is a security risk to allow the public into those hallways. You can see photos of what the hotel rooms once looked like on the eastern loggia.

How much do the tours cost and when are they?

See Schedule & Prices.

When should we buy our tickets?

That is completely up to you. Our tickets don't carry an expiration date or time, so once you purchase them, you can attend at your leisure. You can purchase them at the door, and we recommend arriving about 20 minutes before the tour to do so.

Do we need reservations?

Depends. We don't take reservations for the daily general admissions tour, nor are they needed. If you have a group of 20 or more and are looking for a private tour, we do request at least three weeks notice. See Private & Group Tours.

Who works at Flagler's Legacy?

All employees of Flagler's Legacy are either current students or Alumni. Whether it be tour guides, sales associates, or management; we all have our roots in Flagler College.

Where does the money from the merchandise and tour sales go?

All the proceeds earned from merchandise and tours go back to the College in a general fund.
