Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is received after 3:30 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours after receipt of your payment) we then ship your package by USPS's Priority Mail.

All packages* are shipped by the USPS's Priority Mail. This is the only way we ship our packages, no matter what time of the year it is.

Diploma frames are shipped directly from the vendor via UPS. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
